Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Whole day was windy with mixed grains and graupel, guessing 2-3 inches in 4 hours (hard to say with windy). Ridge/summit badly wind sculped. Most noticeable change from past week was that today was ski pen ~7 cm, Boot pen ~110 cm. Rings around trees showed evidence of settling. Avoided all open slopes.
