Avalanche suspected from Tree Bomb on side cut of FSR 200. Depth 5cm loose wet fresh on rain crust. Aspect 105 ESE lat-long 48.4029, -119.9201, Slope 50 degrees Length 10 feet, Width 10 feet see picture. Lots of surface hoar in vicinity Dug pit next to avy will supply those results in Observations section

Dug 125cm deep pit next to avy photo. 3 layers, from bottom of pit at 65 cm, 95 cm, and 110 cm.110 cm layer rain crust, 95cm layer melt crust transition to facets, 65 cm layer melt crust transition to facets. 4 finger hardness throughout Shovel Compression test CT13 at 65 cm clean sheer, ECTP13 at 65 cm clean sheer.
Bluebird day no clouds, started from the back of Loup Ski bowl parking lot, skied up Nexis luge run and down Gabion luge cat trail. Observation pit and avy near viewpoint on FSR 200. East Nirvana. Ice near parking lot, thin ice on powder, then about15 cm of powder as we approached the top of the top of the run near the viewpoint.
