Triggered by skier dropping from ridge by Enchanted Forest into the upper Boulder Field area. Broke roughly 1 ft deep on a convexity. Ran on crust layer. The start zone appeared to be somewhat wind affected.Photo:

Observations
Hand pit results on similar aspects between 4500-5200 ft yielded mixed results. Out of 5 hand pits, 1 failed on isolation. The remaining 4 were easy to pull off. All 5 pulled off on the same crust layer about 1 ft deep.
