Observations

A stormy morning gave way to a calm and beautiful afternoon. Soft fast snow for skiing out toward Hurricane hill. A light crust exists on southern aspects and on all aspects below 4800ft. Soft snow on the north aspects as the snowpack continues to settle. A slight slab structure can be found in the upper snow pack, but slab propigation is unlikely. Travel on N aspects can be difficult with deep unsettled snow slowing movement.
