Observations
High NW winds above 6'000 feet were scouring and redistributing wind slabs. South facing slopes, even on ridges, had accumulated more than a foot of snow by mid morning. Enough snow was moving that it covered up deep footprints in just a few minutes. It was cloudy with temps in the mid-twenties and winds 20-30 mph.
