We traveled between 4200’ - 5500’ on multiple aspects. Widespread shallow, reactive wind slabs on exposed NE aspects. Shallow storms slabs also observed in shelter non wind effected snow. 4 distinct woomphs also observed between 5000- 5400’ on exposed N-NE aspect approaching Herman Saddle - assumed to be associated with weak snow resting on top of 3/22 Crust. Shallow 3” deep, 20’ wide skier triggered soft slab @5000’ in steep sheltered terrain. @4200 the weak snow overlying 3/22 produced sudden results on compression but no proposition in extended column.
