A D2 (large) slab avalanche which occurred naturally, most likely during the the stormy day 1/18 on The Arm in the Baker backcountry.

Comments:

Stormy all day- HST= 1.5" water, 18" snow recorded at Heather Meadows. The storm started easing mid-afternoon and this became visible from the ski area. Unknown timing, but due to sharp looking crown we suspect it was sometime in the last few hours (mid morning through early afternoon).
