Did a loop from Gold Creek Sno-Park up to Kendall lakes. Very icy and solid crust under the trees. Large crystals (see picture). Up on the ridge the snow was icy on some aspects (mainly east aspects receiving sun), but powdery on other aspects. Mainline chutes did not have much snow in them and were ski-able but otherwise very solid. Skiing out through silver creek had plenty of snow, but will have to go over boulders.
Did not see much evidence of avalanche activity in the bowl. Did not trigger any avalanches.
