Observations
Short tour today focused on rescue practice. No instabilities observed BTL in Henry Creek or on South side of Rock as we looked over that way. There is 2-3mm Needle Surface Hoar continuing to develop in the clearcuts. There is also plenty of evidence of significant wind transport from several days ago BTL.
