I don’t know snow bridges but this sagging/breaking one seems suspect to say the least for the coming w/e climbs.
See pics. First two during afternoon ascent from afar w climber (black dot) clearly crossing seemingly stable snowbridge. Last 4 pics are from just below and from side on Coalman Glacier much later in a full sun day showing thin bridge clearly collapsing. Not sure, but seems that collapse started today given earlier pics.
Note in the pano from below addl crack forming lower right. Leads me to think that much of snow in front of me and before actual bridge and to sides will likely fall in eventually too. Wanted to crawl up to edge of bridge to take picture of depth, but cornice principles kept me away to be safe.
Also have pics of cracks seeming to form on White River Glacier headwall, lots of crevasses opening on Reid, giant runnels on Coalman Glacier as well as a small loose wet and an almost accident by someone descending Hot Rocks plus other snow obs minor snow obs thay I may post later.
