Observed a few small wet loose avalanches on S-SW slopes. The biggest of these were on the S face of S Twin around 3 pm, one of which was just large enough to bury a person and entrained significant snow. There was evidence of older wet-loose cycles probably from last week with slides to size 3 on SE aspects in the Green Ck valley.Signs of Unstable Snow

Traveled in Green Creek to ridgetop of Cinderella peak, then traversed bowls W of the crest to the basin S of S Twin. We found stable, deep, dry powder on N facing slopes (8-18" atop an older crust depending on wind deposition). All aspects had 3-5" of fresh powder from the night before which became wet on solars at all elevations. Snow was crusty on all aspects below 4000' on our return. Variable wind (hard to tell predominant direction) was gusting moderately in the afternoon which formed isolated fresh wind skins (not deep enough for slabs) which were cracking on N-NW aspects as we traversed home.
