Very large natural avalanche spotted by MBSA employee. He thought a bomb had gone off, and saw the slide happening. "I could see the slab moving as one piece before cascading off the cliff and running to the valley floor."

Unkown avalanche moisture content and trigger- we are unsure whether water penetrated as deep as the weak layer that we suspect the avalanche failed on. It is also unknown whether a smaller avalanche may have triggered this one, or how it failed.
