Comments:

Numerous soft slab avalanches to D2 on just about any slope in the high 30's and up. - planar and unsupported. Many of the naturals appeared to occur around 8-9am with the cold front passage and high rates of snowfall. Slopes that didn't run naturally were very easy to trigger from the ridgeline above early in the day - becoming a bit more stubborn but skier triggered avalanches reported through the afternoon. Though there were slightly deeper crowns in wind loaded terrain there was a similar pattern of activity on all aspects and elevations observed. Very wide propagation for the average storm slab with some crowns reaching 100-200' around terrain features. Natural avalanches on slopes where they are not normally seen.
