Skied east exposures from ~6000-4000 around mid day. 4 to 8 inches of unconsolidated on a supportable crust. Shear test suggested the top layer was well bonded to the supporting crust. On more southerly aspects minor snow disturbance resulted in rapid propagation of roller balls. Clear skies, with temperatures well above freezing, the crust at lower elevations for the start, softened, to just unpleasant by mid afternoon.
