Observations

HS is variable over terrain covered, but averages around 145cm. 11/17 interface is about 2 1/2 feet down and mostly unreactive in pit tests. Mid-storm interface showed no propagation or sheer qualities in snow pit tests. Lots of people out skiing today and not a lot of movement observed.

One of the more notable observations from the day was that solar input started to warm the snow around 10:30 to 11 and put a small suncrust on solar aspects. Saw some skier triggered snow start to move on steeper slopes with wet loose characteristics, but tentative to call it a wet loose slide or a dry loose.
