noneWeather was sunny and increasingly warm throughout the day. Winds were very calm. No precipitation or blowing snow was observed.
Numerous glide cracks were observed on steeper slopes and convex roll overs but no glide avalanches were observed. No wet slides and very few rollerballs were observed. Due to considerable snowmelt, rockfall was seen and heard on steeper slopes of the canyon, creating objective hazard and skiing obstacles.
