Motorized Awareness Classes

This free, 90-minute class is the perfect place to start learning about avalanches. This class covers the basics of avalanches, where avalanches happen and how to avoid them, and how to read NWAC's avalanche forecast.

Rescue Clinics

One of the key skills all riders should be proficient in is avalanche rescue. It's not enough to carry the gear, you must know how to use it in a variety of situations and continually practice. Join NWAC instructors for guided avalanche rescue practice at some of your favorite on-snow events of the year.
