Please send any avalanche accident forms, photos, and questions to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>email:<\/strong>\u00a0forecasters@nwac.us\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following\u00a0an avalanche fatality or a serious avalanche incident, NWAC will post a short summary on the <a href=\"https:\/\/nwac.us\/accident-reports\/\">avalanche accident report page<\/a>. Our goal is to post a full report\u00a0within 3\u00a0weeks of the incident.\u00a0NWAC will investigate non-fatal incidents as time and staff resources allow.
